Fukushima & How to Protect Ourselves
Written by Jackie Kane

Dear Friends & Clients,

I gave a tele-seminar a couple of weeks ago.  I offered to place it up on the website for Dawn at the Thermography Centers and for all of you.  This is the edited version of that telecast.  I have deleted the facts regarding the danger of Fukushima. I assume if you are reading this you are interested simply in ways to protect yourself and your family.

You can protect yourself and you can detox.  Everything I am going to suggest below is also for your optimal well being and relates to breast cancer prevention as well.  I am sure you are doing many of these things already.

Here’s the transcript edited version:
Welcome and thank you for tuning in this evening!  A special hello to my friends on the west coast who have been reaching out to me for answers regarding Fukushima and how to protect ourselves.

What I’d like to focus on today then is:

Protection from the radiation from Fukushima nuclear meltdown and beyond: an uncensored look at the natural remedies to help prevent and protect ourselves and our loved ones.  MORE ~

Breast Health Newsletter Spring, 2010
Dear Clients & Friends,
I want to take a moment and thank you for sharing the benefits of thermography with your friends and loved ones.  This has been an inspiring year as more and more women learn about the benefits of safe and early screening for breast disease.  I truly believe we are at the tipping point!

It has been so rewarding to share with each other holistic options for the prevention and reversal of disease.  I have found that true peace of mind comes at the moment we understand that we have the power to heal
ourselves.

Speaking of healing ourselves I have taken the leap and have been removing all the toxic mercury fillings from my mouth as well as my root canals.  Studies show that there is a relationship between our dental health & our breast health and our over-all well being.  I will let you know how that goes and in the meantime read more information on that subject at my website article page:
www.ThermographyCenterSB.com.

Love & Light,
Jackie

What about my bra? This is a question I often hear from my clients and they usually do not like my answer.  Bras and especially under-wire bras are not optimal for our breast health. They create lymph congestion and can cause pain and damage to the breast tissue. For additional
support when needed try a fitted sports bra.  Dare to go bare when you can or try a light weight nylon camisole or lacy bra instead.

Allow your breasts to breathe :)

Superfoods such as fresh juicing,
pomegranates, blue green algae (E-3 Live),
veggie green powders and supplements known as
DIM & Indole Carbinols detox us daily from toxic
 estrogen.

Women can test normal for hormone balancing
and still have toxic estrogen build up in the
breast.
Superfoods are a potent estrogen
detoxifier.

Homemade Natural Deodorant made
from organic extra virgin coconut oil is a great
alternative to store bought deodorant.  You can
use in its natural form fresh out of the jar or try
adding a few drops of lavender or rose essential
oil.  Simply rub between your palms and dab on.

If you prefer a more solid form here's a great tip
from a client: Create a recipe mixing up the
coconut oil with a mild essential oil such as
lavender, add baking soda, whisk thoroughly
and pour into an old deodorant stick container
and store in the fridge.
Coconut oil is also a
great body and face moisturizer.

Zebiba's Green Smoothie is power packed
with superfoods without the fruit sugar
overload.  Inspired by my girlfriend Zebiba who
healed herself against the odds.  Place a mixture
of organic seasonal greens such as lettuce, kale,
cilantro, parsley, ginger and cucumber in a Vita
Mix type blender.  Cover with filtered water and
blend.  Blend in additional greens as desired.
Grind seeds in coffee grinder such as pumpkin,
flax and sunflower seeds.  Add Dr. Udo's 3-6-9
oil, & organic extra virgin coconut oil. Add in a
potent superfood powder. Blend into smoothie.
Add a small amount of carrots or unsweetened
pomegranate juice to taste.  Read Zebiba's

Full Body Thermography:  A Body Road Map Towards Optimal Health

Full body thermal imaging can provide a "body road map" which effectively points to indications of disease or areas in the body that need special attention before serious disease develops.  This is a great preventative measure to take and a tool which can lead you onto the path of restorative options.

Jackie Kane, Exec. Dir. of the Thermography Centers, recently stated, I am always surprised at the vast amount of information a full body scan can provide for my clients.  For instance, a recent full body thermography for one of my clients revealed concerns around the carotid artery pointing to indications of Occlusive Disease which relates to the arteries & the heart.  Although this person had received recent physicals, EKG's and other medical testing, it was only the thermography which brought this serious concern to their doctor's attention.

Ms Kane went on to state, “Just like with breast thermography, I believe we are at the
tipping point for full body thermal imaging as well.  As a Certified Clinical Thermographer I often hear from my clients about their desire to have safe and effective options for monitoring and caring for their health without exposure to radiation and in the case of mammograms - compression of their breasts - which they fear can cause cells to spread.  I think it is important to let the public know that there are choices available to them.”

As a result of recently published research, such as the Cornell University report and The Norway Study, (published by The New England Journal of Medicine) which shed an unattractive light on radiation from medical imaging, the public is beginning to consider safe alternatives such as medical thermography.

Thermography offers a 100% safe and sensible choice with State of the Art digital thermal imaging. Thermal imaging screens for abnormal heat generated by new blood vessel growth in the area of tumors as well as heat generated from other abnormalities that need not be cancer such as lymph congestion, fibrocystic symptoms and inflammation.

A full body thermography, also known as digital infrared thermal imaging (DITI) Can screen for indications of: inflammation throughout the body, thyroid issues, melanoma, squamous cell skin cancer, basal cell skin cancer, arteriosclerosis, breast disease, internal carotid insufficiency, infectious disease (Shingles, Leprosy), ligament Tear, diabetes, Raynaud’s Disease, TMJ dysfunction, and superficial vascular disease, just to name a few.

Although not considered a replacement for certain tests such as a colonoscopy, a full body thermogram can provide intelligent information in the right direction and in many situations assist health practitioners with identifying the true nature of their patient’s health.

“I have found that true peace of mind comes at the moment we understand that we have the power to heal ourselves,” states Kane adding, “It is my goal to make breast thermography and full body thermography as common and vital as your annual physical, as well as affordable. We encourage everyone to educate themselves about the option of thermography and to make wise decisions after considering all the information available.”

Jackie Kane is the Executive Director of the Thermography Centers, (ThermographyCenterSB.com & BreastThermographyCenter.com), located throughout Central and Southern California including San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Westlake Village, Topanga Canyon, & Los Angeles. Ms. Kane can be heard regularly, on national radio interviews and at public forums, educating the public about thermography, breast health and cancer prevention. She is a Certified Clinical Thermographer (CCT) and a Breast health Consultant living in Santa Barbara, CA.
